Privacy Policy.

• Drafts, templates, rewrite history and your theme choice are saved only in your browser (localStorage).
• If you connect LinkedIn, we store the minimum needed to post for you — and only post text you explicitly submit with Post now.
• We don't store the posts you publish, run ads, sell data, or use tracking cookies.
• You can disconnect or delete your data at any time.

In your browser only. The editor saves drafts, rewrite history and preferences in your browser's localStorage. This data is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data or deleting drafts in the Drafts panel removes it.

If you connect LinkedIn. When you choose “Connect LinkedIn”, LinkedIn asks for your permission and then shares the following with us, which we store on Cloudflare (Workers KV):

• your LinkedIn member id,
• your name and profile picture URL (to show who you are posting as),
• an access token for LinkedIn, encrypted at rest, used only to publish posts you explicitly submit.

A session cookie links your browser to this record. It is strictly necessary for the feature and is not used for tracking.

Posts are not stored. When you post, the text passes through our server to LinkedIn and is not saved by PostCraft. We keep no copy of your content.

If you join a waitlist. When you join the Pro or Team waitlist we store your email address, the plan you chose and the page you signed up from, so we can tell you when the plan launches.

• LinkedIn data: to show your account in the app and to publish the exact text you confirm.
• Waitlist email: to notify you about the plan you signed up for. No marketing lists, no resale.

We never post on your behalf without your explicit action, and we never read your LinkedIn feed or messages.

PostCraft currently uses no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will update this section before it goes live and describe exactly what is collected.

• LinkedIn connection data: until you disconnect, delete your data, or the LinkedIn token expires — whichever comes first.
• Waitlist email: until the plan launches and we have notified you, or until you ask us to remove it.
• Browser data: until you delete it; it never reaches us.

While LinkedIn is connected, open the account menu (your avatar in the top-right corner) and choose Disconnect LinkedIn or Delete my data. Deleting removes your stored LinkedIn member id, name, picture URL and token immediately. You can also revoke PostCraft's access from your LinkedIn settings at any time.

To remove a waitlist email, or for any other request, email privacy@dataaichronicles.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

• Cloudflare — runs the PostCraft API (Workers) and stores connection and waitlist data (Workers KV).
• GitLab Pages — hosts the website. Like any web host it may process standard request logs (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and secure the site.
• LinkedIn — handles sign-in and receives the posts you publish. LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies to your use of LinkedIn.

Data is sent over HTTPS. LinkedIn access tokens are encrypted before they are stored, and requests that change data are protected against cross-site request forgery.

PostCraft is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect. See also our Terms of Use.
